After seven wonderful years as a nanny, supporting families and nurturing children through their earliest stages, I realized my true passion lies in the very beginning of life—the postpartum period. I saw firsthand how much new parents needed gentle, knowledgeable support during those vulnerable first weeks, and how a caring presence could make all the difference.

Becoming a postpartum doula felt like a natural next step from combining my experience in child care with a deeper focus on supporting families emotionally and physically after birth. Now, I get to walk alongside parents during one of life’s most transformative moments, offering comfort, encouragement, and practical help as they build their new nests🤍
